Here are the BurlisonOnBasketball.com scouting report options provided by Frank Burlison, one of the sport’s most acclaimed talent evaluators:
- Burlison will analyze only those players he has personally scouted.
- The focus will be upon events and games in the western portion of the U.S, but he will also provide extensive coverage of athletes he sees from across the country during “national” events.
- Reports will be delivered via email. They consist of purely written material at this time.
- Everyone who subscribes to the same service will receive the same information

I’ve known Frank for at least 35 years and have the utmost respect for his writing as well as his understanding of, and insight into, basketball. His ability to evaluate basketball prospects is almost impeccable. Most coaches and scouts watch a player and can tell you how good he is NOW. What separates Frank from the others is that he can watch the same player and tell you how good he can be two or three years down the line.
NAIA and Community Colleges
A minimum of 12 reports (fall to summer) per year, with more emphasis and detail on “low-major” to “non-major” (Div. I) prospects, and players likely to end up at prep schools or community colleges.
