Heritage Christian plays host to four-game event

NORTHRIDGE – The Warriors Showcase, a four-game boys’ basketball event hosted by Heritage Christian, tips off at 3 o’clock Saturday.

And it’s a potentially terrific matchup getting things underway, too, with Windward (No. 10 in the latest BurlisonOnBasketball Top 25), taking on the host Warriors (No. 12).

Each squad has two of the top sophomores in the west, Dylan Andrews and Kijani Wright for Windward and Skyy Clark (pictured) and Max Allen for the Warriors.

The schedule:

3 p.m., Windward vs. Heritage Christian; 4:30, Newport Pacifica Christian vs. Valencia; 6, Grant vs. Paraclete; 7:30 pm, Crescenta Valley vs. L.A. Shalhevet.
